France – Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations – Maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des équipements des postes de commandement enterrés BASE, du COR de Taverny et de l'ouvrage enterré de l'EAR de Perthes.

This framework agreement is a sensitive contract. It concerns the Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of the equipment of the buried command posts BASE, the COR of Taverny and the buried structure of the EAR of Perthes. This MCO applies to the following areas: pneumatic control system of the doors and its automation; high voltage; low voltage; air conditioning equipment and cold water production by cold unit; hydraulic networks; fire safety system. The description of the services falling within the scope of the framework agreement project is defined in Article 1 of the Consultation Regulation "candidacy phase", a document freely downloadable via the State's procurement platform (PLACE), www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The framework agreement includes an estimated minimum amount of 560 000€ excl. VAT and a maximum of 6 300 000€ excl. VAT for a validity of 7 years from its notification date.
