The GfA operates a waste-fired combined heat and power plant in Geiselbullach for the generation of electricity and heat. As part of the increase in district heating decoupling, the installation of a new steam turbine is planned. The construction measures include several lots. The subject of the application is Lot B2 extended rough construction. The subject of Lot B2 extended rough construction is:

- the construction of a new turbine building in solid construction with the dimensions LxWxH: approx. 24.00m x 11.00m x 24.00m (TBG)

- the construction of the base slab of a new lightweight operational building with the dimensions LxWxH: approx. 6.50m x 9.50m x 7.00m (BTG)

- the construction of a strip foundation grid for the new air condenser LxWxH: approx. 36.00m x 13.00m x 24.50m (LuKo)
