The subject of the tender is the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network, as well as the supply of the underserved "grey areas" of the municipality of Heusweiler with services of a sustainable and high-performance gigabit network. This is a service concession. The concession authority intends to implement the development through a gigabit network, for the construction and operation of which an investment grant is awarded (so-called viability gap funding model).
