France – Heating equipment – Exploitation des installations collectives de Chauffage, Production ECS, Surpresseurs d'Eau, Traitement d'Air, Ventilation, Climatisation et Groupe Électrogènes

The present consultation concerns the operation, maintenance and upkeep of heating systems, hot water production (ECS), air treatment, ventilation, cold water booster, air conditioning and generator sets for the entire GRANDLYON HABITAT estate. It includes the supply of energy. The contract is concluded for a firm period of six (6) years from 01/01/2027 (or from the date of notification if this is later than 01/01/2027) until 31/12/2032. A contract will be awarded per lot, at mixed prices, reviewable. In the case of a joint bid, the lead contractor of the group will be jointly and severally liable for each of the members of the group. Given the number of sites per lot and the number of daily intervention displacements, a candidate will not be able to be awarded more than 2 lots under this contract.
