The subject of the contract is the carrying out of construction works on the "Printing House – Transport Infrastructure Upgrade" building, the aim of which is to modernise and expand the transport infrastructure at the site of the former Printing House in Košice, in connection with the planned multifunctional complex WatsoNova. The contracting authority notes that the subject of the contract forms part of the building realised as a single functional and technical unit. The tenderer is obliged to ensure, during implementation, the coordination of its activities with the contractor CTR WatsoNova s. r. o. and its contractor, within the scope set out in the draft contract for works.
