The subject of the public contract is the supply of consumable materials (e.g. cotton wool, swabs, bottle stoppers, filter papers and discs, films, indicator strips, injection needles, injection syringes, beakers, Petri dishes, glass bottles, descriptive strips and labels, bags, gloves, microscope slides, etc.). The outcome of the tender procedure is the conclusion of a framework purchase agreement with one supplier, for a period of 24 months. The contracting authority states that in this case it is not a framework agreement in the sense of Section 131 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act, but an unnamed agreement with a framework element.
