The framework agreement shall cover the following services in the field of public procurement, cooperation: a) Consultation on the structuring of the various cooperation projects b) Consultation on new public procurement strategies and new procurement concepts c) Consultation / support / implementation of cooperation projects d) Legal consultation on economic and financing concepts for cooperation projects e) Consultation on municipal budget law and municipal law in connection with cooperation projects f) Consultation on corporate law aspects in connection with cooperation projects g) Consultation on state aid law in connection with cooperation projects h) Consultation on the adaptation of procurement concepts to changed legal situations i) Consultation on real estate law in connection with cooperation projects j) General support of the contracting authority in difficult public procurement issues regarding the handling of cooperations k) Preparation of a free quarterly report on the status of legal disputes and out-of-court activities, including a brief summary of the facts, parties, value in dispute and costs.
