France – Sale of real estate – MANDAT SIMPLE DE COMMERCIALISATION DE BIENS IMMOBILIERS AXANIS SANS EXCLUSIVITÉ

This contract concerns the marketing of real estate assets that the Contracting Authority is building, has built, or plans to build and/or sell in the Charente-Maritime (17) department. The real estate assets in question, owned by the Contracting Authority, may include: building plots, existing housing for sale, new housing off-plan, and new housing sold under the social home ownership schemes PSLA (lease-purchase) and BRS (Solidarity Real Lease). This contract is established in the form of a single-supplier framework agreement. The duration of the framework agreement with Purchase Orders is set at one year from the date of notification by the Contracting Authority to the selected Contractor. The framework agreement may be tacitly renewed for successive periods of one year, for a maximum renewal period of four years.
