The contract is justified by the need to carry out proper preventive and corrective maintenance of the paintings, plasterwork, renderings, stuccos, etc., present in the various spaces and rooms of the Royal Alcázar complex. In this way, it is intended to guarantee the permanent availability and operability of the rooms and spaces that make it up, both those accessible to the public and those with private access, in conditions of maximum safety for persons, as well as to guarantee the stability of the materials that make up the cultural asset for as long as possible without their deterioration, and in the proper decorative conditions.
