The Hanseatic and University City of Rostock plans to renovate the "Rote Erde" sports field in the northern area. The sports facility of SG “Motor Neptun“ Rostock e.V. is located northwest of Hans-Sachs-Allee in the Kröpeliner-Tor-Vorstadt district of the Hanseatic City of Rostock. To the north and west, the sports facility borders the open spaces of the Botanical Garden. The Hans-Sachs-Allee with adjacent residential buildings runs along the southeastern border. To the southwest, the sports facility is bounded by a sports field of the Bundeswehr. A comprehensive renovation of the property is planned, including the preservation of the club restaurant. The implementation will be carried out in several construction phases. Initially, in the already completed construction phase 1, a replacement new building for the club building, including access and open spaces around the club building, is to be realized. The existing building was completely demolished for site clearance. In the second construction phase, the sports field 1 (west) was renovated. In the final phase, and thus relevant for the current procedure, the renovation of sports field 2 and the completion of the renewal of the remaining open spaces and access roads, as well as the construction of the floodlight system and path lighting, will be carried out. In addition, the spectator stand between the sports fields is to be upgraded. The advertised lot includes the open space planning, planning for the floodlight system, and the planning of the construction works for the performance phases 5-8, optionally 9. The existing EW construction is to be revised. For partial planning, performance phase 4 is to be processed. Further information can be found in the tender documents.
