Description of the Procurement (Type and Scope of the Service or Specification of Needs and Requirements) The subject of the contract are the object planning services required for the implementation of the new construction according to the scope of services for object planning buildings and interior spaces according to Part 3 Section 1 of the HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 to the HOAI, phases 1 to 9. The commissioning of the phases will be carried out step-by-step.
