The subject of the contract is the delivery of a telescopic loader and a forklift truck, together with the accessories for the operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as the vehicle. This is carried out as part of the project "Construction of the Selective Waste Collection Point with infrastructure in Starachowice" – European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment - European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment as part of the action FENX.01.04 Waste management and circular economy of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 programme. The contract includes: a) delivery of 1 new factory telescopic loader with accessories (Annex No. 1). b) delivery of 1 new factory forklift truck with accessories (Annex No. 2). The detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ. The contracting authority envisages the invalidation of the tender procedure, in the event of non-granting of the funds, which were intended to finance the whole or part of the contract.
