France – Pollution investigation services – Mission diagnostics pollution des sols

The present consultation aims to establish a framework agreement with purchase orders for soil pollution diagnostic services and must enable the designation of a service provider for a soil pollution diagnostic with:

- A PHASE 1 comprising the site visit, historical and documentary study as well as a vulnerability study: referred to as basic services and elementary services,

- A PHASE 2 comprising targeted drillings with sampling for analysis and analysis report: referred to as additional services.
