France – Parking services – CONCESSION DU SERVICE PUBLIC DE STATIONNEMENT PAYANT SUR VOIRIE ET HORS VOIRIE

By the resolution of the Municipal Council of 20 March 2026, the City of Vernon decided to delegate, in the form of a global concession, the public service of on-street and off-street paid parking within its territory for a period of 8 years. The present consultation aims to designate the public service concessionaire who will operate this public service. The envisaged contract is a public service delegation agreement pursuant to Article L1411-1 of the General Code of Local Authorities. The contract award procedure is that of public service delegations, defined in Articles L. 1411-1 and following of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT), R. 1411-1 and following of the CGCT and R. 3121-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The procedure used is an open procedure. Candidates must submit their tender and offer simultaneously (the tender and offer documents will however be presented in separate files), in accordance with the submission modalities described in the consultation regulations.
