General: In Lot 1, the open spaces between the east wing of the Castle and the Ilmböschung will be worked on. The area to be worked on extends from the northern building edge of the Castle to the Sternbrücke, including the area between the east entrance of the Castle and the Sternbrücke. The Ilmterrasse, currently under construction, directly adjoins the area to be worked on. The northern sub-area will be stabilized with a water-bound road surface and provided with island-like shrub/perennial plantings. The area between the east entrance of the Castle and the Sternbrücke will receive a natural stone paving. All earthworks will be accompanied by TLDA/Archäologische Denkmalpflege.
