The subject of the procurement is psychotherapy for basic healthcare and specialized healthcare for patients of the Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen (Varha). Psychotherapy is an evidence-based method intended for the treatment of mental health disorders and developmental disorders. Psychotherapy is a goal-oriented interaction with a trained psychotherapist. The goal of psychotherapy is to alleviate psychological symptoms and improve functional capacity in daily life. The procurement will be implemented as a dynamic service provider register (hereinafter also referred to as the "supplier register"). The service provider register is a procedure designed by the procuring entity in accordance with the principles of the procurement law. (Annex 1) In the opening phase of the supplier register, the subject of the procurement is psychotherapy for basic healthcare and specialized healthcare for children and young people, patients of the Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen (Varha). The application for participation and the tender must be submitted by 3 September 2026 at 12:00. After this date, applications for participation will be accepted, but they will only be included in the tender comparison to be carried out in the autumn of 2027. This is a procurement in accordance with Section 12 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concessions (1397/2016, hereinafter the Procurement Act).
