Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg gminnych na terenie miasta Zduńska Wola w roku 2027

The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of municipal roads in the city of Zduńska Wola in the year 2026, divided into parts: 1) Part 1 - District No. I northern (from ul. Łaskiej and Sieradzkiej to the north), 35.5 km of hard surface, 3 km of other surface. Footpaths 11.2 km long 2) Part 2 - District No. II southern (from ul. Łaskiej and Sieradzkiej to the south) 38 km of hard surface, 26.5 km of other surface. Footpaths 19.88 km long 3) Part 3 - District No. III - os. Karsznice 10.8 km of hard surface, 10 km of other surface, Footpaths 4.45 km. 2. The scope of work includes the following tasks: 1) services involving the clearing of roads and footpaths of snow, slush, and taking actions to eliminate slipperiness on roads and footpaths caused by weather factors (e.g. snowfall, black ice), 2) providing services on municipal roads – according to the second standard on hard streets and the third standard on others (regulation no. 46 of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 25 October 1994 on the rules of snow removal and de-icing of public roads) - and footpaths in the area of Zduńska Wola, 3) post-winter cleaning of the carriageway on both sides along with shoulders and bays, in which the Contractor undertakes to provide services for the post-winter cleaning of hard roads on the basis of instructions from an authorized employee of the Purchaser in the form of orders submitted in accordance with annex no. 3 to SWZ - Draft contract terms. 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Purchaser with the possibility on at least 2 computer stations: 1) monitoring the location of vehicles carrying out the subject of the contract (based on the satellite positioning system), 2) reading archival data from the route of vehicles carrying out the subject of the contract (based on the satellite positioning system) and their transfer to the Purchaser on memory media. 4. (Applies to winter maintenance of roads and footpaths). The Purchaser informs that the response time to start emergency works reported by the Purchaser at the designated place from the moment of their reporting or from the moment the need arises cannot be longer than 60 min. 5. The Purchaser allows the possibility of submitting partial offers, and the Contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.
