The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system, which will be used to procure commonly available goods intended to ensure hygiene, cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of spaces, the need for which arises continuously during the system's operation and the exact scope, quantity and composition of which are not known in advance, and that in accordance with the principles of economy, efficiency, equal treatment, non-discrimination and transparency according to the Public Procurement Act. The commonly available goods on the market will mainly be CPV groups 244, 337, 398, 429 and other related CPV codes listed in section 3.5.1 of these tender documents. The assortment procured through this dynamic purchasing system includes, but is not limited to, the following groups of goods:

• cleaning agents (floor cleaners, window cleaners, WC cleaners, kitchen cleaners, bathroom cleaners, degreasers)

• disinfectants (hand disinfectants, surface disinfectants, kitchen disinfectants, disinfectants for social facilities, chlorinated preparations)

• laundry products (laundry powders, laundry gels, fabric softeners, bleaches, stain removers)

• hygiene needs (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, hygiene rolls, liquid soaps, dispenser refills, dispensers, air fresheners)

• cleaning supplies (brooms, mops, dustpans, shovels, sponges, cloths, mop heads, buckets, waste bags, bags for biological waste)

• protective and auxiliary agents (rubber gloves, disposable gloves, protective covers, shoe covers)

• dispensing devices (dispensers for paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.)

• other goods of a similar nature, which are commonly used to ensure hygiene, cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of spaces (mainly, but not exclusively, spaces of schools and social service facilities)

The inclusion of a specific item in the subject of individual contracts awarded under the dynamic purchasing system will always be based on the current needs of the public purchaser and the involved subjects. The exact specification of the subject of individual contracts, including the place of delivery, delivery deadlines and other conditions of performance, will be indicated in the relevant call for tenders for the submission of offers within the awarding of a specific contract. In the event that a specific contract is co-financed from funds under the European Union funds, the call for tenders will also contain information on the conditions of the provider of financial resources. The detailed specification of the subject of the contract in individual calls within the established DNS may include requirements for socially responsible public procurement and environmental characteristics.
