The subject of this procurement is accounting and internal accounting - and purchase reconciliation - solutions, the implementation project related to them and continuous support and maintenance services. The solution package will be implemented in Heka and its subsidiary Kiinteistö Oy Laivalahdentorilla. The aim is a so-called ready-made software solution that covers Heka's needs. Heka procures the solution as a SaaS service, where the supplier is responsible for providing the system service that meets Heka's needs as a complete service, including the required software licenses and usage rights, server environment and capacity and performance, as well as support, maintenance and service management related to the system's up-to-dateness and security. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes to the invitation to tender. The contract is initially valid for a fixed term of two (2) years and, after the fixed-term contract period, the contract continues to be valid on an indefinite basis.
