Romania – Construction work for electricity power lines – Lucrări de construcții si instalații în cadrul proiectului „Culoar de mobilitate urbana durabila Str. Decebal” - cod SMIS-338370

Construction works and installations within the project "Urban Sustainable Mobility Corridor Str. Decebal" in accordance with the provisions of the award documentation. The execution of the works will be carried out in accordance with the Technical Project and the execution details, project no. 75/2025, designed by SC CEPROINOV PROJECT SRL, a project that is published in SEAP within the award documentation. The estimated value for which the offer will be made is: 32,922,848.77 lei excluding VAT, composed as follows (according to the General Bill of Quantities):

- Chapter 1.3 Environmental and site restoration arrangements – 48,633.07 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 1.4 Costs for the relocation/protection of utilities – 550,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 2 Costs for ensuring the utilities necessary for the investment objective – 250,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 4.1 Construction and installations – 31,093,949.73 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 4.3 Equipment, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly – 500,265.97 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 5.1 Site organisation – 430,000.00 lei excluding VAT, composed of:

- 5.1.1 Construction works and installations related to site organisation – 250,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- 5.1.2 Costs related to site organisation – 180,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 6.1 Training of operating personnel – 15,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- Chapter 6.2 Technological tests and trials – 35,000.00 lei excluding VAT

The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information will be 12 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20 days.
