The subject of the contract is the supply of a new mobile device intended for the recycling of asphalt mixtures, which allows the processing of excavated asphalt or milled asphalt material by heating it and subsequently preparing it for reuse in the repair and maintenance of roads. The device must be mobile, transportable on roads, approved for operation on roads with the possibility of registration in the register and constructed so as to allow its use in the field or in the operator's operational areas.
