Bulgaria – Construction work – Ремонт помещения ВЛВН и Автотранспорт

The premises of VLVN and Autotransport are located in Vidin, 3rd Bdin Regiment Street, No. 13. The building is operated by ESO EAD, MER Montana Directorate, Vidin Branch. The scope of the contract includes:

1. External repair works - dismantling of downpipes and replacing them with new ones; - chipping of compromised plaster to a sound substrate; - restoration of plaster; - application of thermal insulation to the plinth from extruded polystyrene (XPS); - application of thermal insulation from facade mineral wool; - replacement of lighting fixtures in the courtyard;

2. Internal repair works in the premises - removal of ceramic and porcelain tiles; - replacement of interior doors; - chipping of plaster; - replacement of toilet sinks; - replacement of lighting fixtures; - replacement of part of the pipes for clean and waste water; - restoration of plaster and application of waterproofing; - laying of tiles on walls and floors; - dismantling and construction of a new suspended ceiling in the workshop; - partial removal and restoration of plaster in rest and work areas, followed by painting of walls and ceilings; - cleaning and painting of wooden floor.
