Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – „Доставка на хранителни продукти, необходими за ученическите столове, учебните и социалните заведения на територията на община Крумовград” по обособени позиции № 1 и 2

The subject of the contract is "Delivery of food products required for school meals, educational and social institutions within the municipality of Krumovgrad" by separate lots: Lot № 1 – "Delivery of fruits and vegetables" and Lot № 2 – "Delivery of canned goods and confectionery". The scope, volume and requirements for the execution of the public contract are detailed and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the present documentation. The separate lots and the products included therein, with the indicated forecast quantities, are detailed in the Technical Specification to the present documentation. Given the specifics of the present public contract, the contracting authority forecasts the quantities of the delivered food products for each of the separate lots included in the subject of the contract. The quantities are indicated in the technical specification, an integral part of the public procurement documentation, and are forecast and do not commit the contracting authority to their full absorption upon conclusion of the contract. The procurement of food products will be determined according to the needs of the contracting authority as they arise. The contracting authority reserves the right, if within the framework of the concluded contracts for the assignment of the present public contract, new objects are disclosed and/or the municipality of Krumovgrad applies for and is approved for projects related to the delivery of food products, for the same to be serviced within the framework of the concluded contracts with the determined contractors. Pursuant to Article 5 of the Public Procurement Act, when within the term of the contract, the contracting authority discloses new objects and/or the municipality of Krumovgrad applies for and is approved for projects related to the delivery of food products, Article 116, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act shall apply. With regard to quality requirements, the delivered goods must comply with BDS, ZNP or equivalent. When delivering the goods, they must be fit for the intended use. IMPORTANT!!! The quantities of food products by type in the separate independent lots are indicative depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Deliveries will be made upon prior request by the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority reserves the right: - to reduce and/or increase the quantities, according to the needs of the units, within the framework of the funds under the contract; - not to order part of the assortment listed in the technical specifications from the present documentation. Participants must be able to deliver the specific quantities of food products stated for the respective end users. Transport costs are the responsibility of the contractor. The remaining shelf life of the food products must not be less than 75% of the shelf life of the specific product.
