Netherlands – Architectural and related services – Hanzehuis

The Contract concerns the comprehensive design task ('total engineering') for the new construction of the Hanzehuis, in conjunction with the existing Buitensociëteit and large theatre hall with annexes, including the (re)development of the site and the park (outdoor space with terrace, outdoor stage, bicycle parking, park and access). This design will be carried out in phases: preliminary design, final design and technical design/specification.
