The present tender will be for the contracting of the service for drafting the urban planning project and the corresponding environmental impact assessment studies, as well as the work supervision service, which will develop various projects of autonomous interest in various areas, as well as the necessary technical support, to develop a residential plot to be mainly destined for the construction of protected housing, in accordance with the conditions established in the Particular Technical Prescription Specification (PPTP).
