Intention to award a contract for services: State Building Authority Passau

The subject of the procurement procedure is planning services for technical equipment in the plant group 5 (telecommunications and information technology systems) according to § 55 HOAI for the modernisation and maintenance of structural fire protection measures at the Federal Police site in Deggendorf. Additionally, to a limited extent, planning services for technical equipment in plant group 4 (high-voltage systems) are subject to the contract. The measure includes the structural adaptation and maintenance of buildings 2a to 2h as well as K with a total usable area of approx. 43,000 m² to achieve compliance with building regulations based on available fire safety certificates and inspection certificates. The scope of services includes phases 1 to 9 of the HOAI. The contract will be awarded in stages; there is no entitlement to the award of all stages. The measures are to be implemented during the ongoing operations of the Federal Police and require close coordination with the users and the technically involved parties.
