The subject of this procurement procedure is the repair of the existing lock gates for the inner and outer head (Lot 6) as part of the overall project Modernisation and Repair of the Large Sea Lock Emden. The contracting authority reserves the right to waive the conduct of negotiations and to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders.
