The contracting authority initiates the procedure for the award of the contract for TECHNICAL EXECUTION PROJECT PREPARATION SERVICES (INCLUDING THE DTAC PHASE), EXECUTION OF WORKS AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DESIGNER'S SIDE DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS OF ”RESTORATION, CONSOLIDATION AND VALORISATION OF THE VÂRNAV-LITEANU HOUSE, LMI CODE SV-II-m-B-05565, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW BUILDING BODIES, LANDSCAPING, PARKING, FENCING, CONNECTIONS AND ARCHAEOLOGICAL WORKS, LITENI TOWN, SUCEAVA COUNTY” The investment is included in Project LD 2097 (2021) regarding the rehabilitation of the built heritage and the modernisation of some cultural buildings in Romania, financed through the Framework Loan Agreement between Romania and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) ratified by Law 337/2022. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. To clarification requests received after the deadline indicated above, the contracting authority reserves the right not to respond.
