Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Biologika Rabattverträge 2026-33 Pertuzumab / Trastuzumab (Wirkstoffkombination)

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts in accordance with § 130c para. 1 SGB V with all suitable pharmaceutical companies for the active substance combination Pertuzumab / Trastuzumab. The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted; uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contracting partners. The contract period is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.01.2027. The contract ends at the latest on 31.12.2028, regardless of the date of contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the aforementioned end date, the contract automatically expires at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity.
