1. Contract name: Delivery of rescue and firefighting equipment for the Volunteer Fire Department Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Białobrzegi and the Volunteer Fire Department Tomaszów Mazowiecki – Ludwików. 2. The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 2 parts as follows: 1) Part 1: delivery of firefighting vehicle equipment, 2) Part 2: delivery of a power generating set on a trailer. 3. The contract is co-financed from the funds of the European Union. Increasing the resilience of Tomaszów Mazowiecki to environmental changes through adaptive actions to climate change. Regional Programme Funds for Łódź 2021-2028 (European Regional Development Fund). The percentage of these funds in the contract value is: 85% of the gross value. 4. The subject of the contract is the delivery of factory-new units of equipment and equipment for the Volunteer Fire Departments in Tomaszów Mazowiecki: OSP Białobrzegi and OSP Ludwików. 5. The specified parameters of the equipment and devices should be treated as a minimum requirement, unless the Contracting Authority has directly specified the percentage of allowable deviations from the required parameters in the description. 6. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum of 24 months of warranty on the equipment and equipment delivered as part of the contract, unless a longer term than 24 months is specified in the description of the individual delivery items. 7. The Contracting Authority informs that, acting on the basis of official clarifications of the Public Procurement Office published on the e-Zamówienia portal and the Instructions for completing eForms announcements (field BT-806), the Contracting Authority has indicated the option "Contract Documents".
