The subject of the public procurement is the provision of rights to use Esri software products and the related system support (maintenance) services for this software for a period of three years for the Statutární město Ostrava and Městský ateliér prostorového plánování a architektury, p.o., including consultancy services related to the support of their operation. The maintenance of the subject software, which involves providing all the repairs and upgrades to the software offered by the manufacturer and technical support to the extent necessary for the commissioning and maintaining the correct functioning of the licensed software, is part of the contract. The procurement also requires the provision of installation files and technical documentation for the subject software.
