France – Topographical services – Accord-cadre de relevés et prestations topographiques

The establishment of reference polygons or the maintenance of previously established polygons on certain projects,

The performance of topographical surveys of existing features, surface developments, street layouts, or parts of the network, or the updating of existing topographical surveys,

The setting-out of planned works or the staking out of the boundaries of planned areas,

The external topographical control of installations and works executed by the contractors holding the works contracts,

Various setting-out or setting-out control services, on the surface or underground,

Framework agreement executed according to the services implemented, by the issuance of purchase orders or by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in accordance with Articles R2162-2 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 4 years from 08/12/2026 or from its notification date if it is later. It is tacitly renewable for 2 periods of 2 years each. It is concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 3,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax for its entire duration. Subject to a sufficient number of eligible tenders with regard to the participation conditions set out in the tender documents and a sufficient number of offers ranked during the procedure for the award of the framework agreement, the maximum number of contractors envisaged is 3. A framework agreement will be entered into with each selected economic operator.
