Czechia – Construction work – Zámek Kačina – rekonstrukce vybraných částí zámku včetně nové expozice – realizace

The subject of the public contract is the implementation of construction and restoration works, at the address NZM Kačina, Svatý Mikuláš 51, 284 01 Kutná Hora. The content of the public contract is the reconstruction of part of the basement of the NZM Kačina branch. As part of the reconstruction, the renovation of degraded plaster surfaces and complete repainting, the installation of ventilated floors, the renovation of floor surfaces, the creation of an external ventilated cavity in the rooms of the castle baths, the renovation of the filling of openings, the renovation of the technical equipment (ZTI, electrical, EPS, EZS), the provision of heating for part of the room, the provision of ventilation for the new sanitary facilities, the replacement of lighting including the installation of exhibition lighting and the modification (clearing) of the surrounding area of the building and the gutter walkway for the drainage of rainwater from the building. Since the affected building is a national cultural monument, the works will be carried out under the supervision of the heritage authorities and will also include restoration works in the castle baths.
