Sweden – Port operation services – Stuveri- och logistiktjänster

The procurement concerns stevedoring, machinery and crane services as well as related logistics services in Hargs Hamn, Östhammars kommun. The contract includes loading and unloading of vessels, handling of cargo within the port area, loading and unloading of trucks, and ongoing maintenance of the port area, including, for example, snow removal. The port handles bulk goods with a primary focus on energy raw materials, grain, scrap, wood pellets and round timber, with an annual cargo volume of approximately 640 000–800 000 tonnes. Project cargo occurs in addition to steady flows of bulk goods. The contract period covers 2 years with the possibility of extension for another 2 periods of 2 years each, for a total of up to 6 years. Start 2027-07-01. The procurement is conducted as an open procedure according to the law (2016:1146) on procurement within the supply sectors (LUF).
