PI Krimpen will be fully revitalised over the coming years. This will be done in four procurement lots, namely: • Lot 1 Renovation of living areas and DIOO (in progress) • Lot 2 Roof covering, PV panels and outdoor space (this project) • Lot 3 Replacement of security installations • Lot 4 Central energy supply and indoor space

This project involves the comprehensive approach to the exterior shell of the complex. All flat roofs within the complex will be addressed in their entirety (including safe working at height, lightning protection and rainwater drainage). The roof surfaces will be provided with new high-quality thermal insulation and a new roof covering. In addition, a PV installation will be placed on a large part of the roofs. The facades of the complex will be addressed, with partial greening (of the facade openings) taking place at the same time.
