General planning services for the following project, specialist planning and consulting services:

- Building design LPH 2-4, 6-9 (LPH 6 + 7 in parts) according to HOAI

- Services according to the Construction Site Ordinance/SiGeKo performance levels 1+2 according to AHO Booklet No. 15

- Building physics consulting services LPH 2-6 according to HOAI

- Structural engineering LPH 2-6 according to HOAI + engineering technical inspection as a special service of performance level 4

- Specialist planning TA plant groups 1-8 LPH 2-3 and 6-9 (LPH 6 in parts) according to HOAI

The basic services of the above service descriptions are supplemented by special services, in particular BIM services according to AIA for the service descriptions building design and TA. This is a service description with a service program on the basis of which a general contractor will be commissioned, who, in addition to the construction, will also prepare the execution planning.
