Ambulift – special vehicle for the transport and embarkation/disembarkation of passengers with disabilities and those with reduced mobility - 1 unit. The procurement will be finalised through the award of a contract to an economic operator whose offer is declared the winning one, in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender dossier and the award documentation. Deadline for submitting clarification requests regarding the award documentation: 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders, clarification requests will be sent to the SEAP. Deadline for submitting responses to clarifications: 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. In the event that economic operators request clarifications, these will be sent exclusively to the SEAP, in electronic format, signed with an advanced electronic signature, based on a qualified certificate, issued by an accredited certification service provider, the contracting entity must not consider requests sent by any other means of communication. Any response to clarification requests or any amendment issued by the contracting authority will be part of the Award Documentation and will be communicated to all interested parties through the SEAP. The contracting entity states that it will respond to clarification requests from economic operators by the deadline set in the Participation Notice. For requests submitted after this deadline, the contracting entity will not respond.
