Czechia – Energy and related services – Poskytování energetických služeb metodou EPC v obci Želechovice nad Dřevnicí

The subject of the public contract is the provision of energy services with guaranteed results, in accordance with Section 10e, paragraph 4 of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., on energy management, as amended, which involves:

The realization "turnkey", i.e. the provision of all supplies, services, installation, possible construction and earthworks necessary for a complete, flawless and fully functional work;

The commissioning of the work, the preparation, possible training of the operating personnel, the provision of all documents necessary for safe operation (e.g. inspection reports) and this in the amount of [3] copies in printed form and [1] copy in electronic form (in *.pdf format with an electronic signature of the processor / authorized person and simultaneously in an editable format for processing);

The performance of energy management for a period of [10] years. The evaluation of the achieved savings. The provision of a contractual guarantee for achieving the minimum set energy savings.
