Germany – Cleaning services – Unterhalts-, Grund- und Sonderreinigung (Los 1) sowie Glas- und Rahmenreinigung (Los 2) in der Liegenschaft des BMWE am Dienstsitz Bonn

The contracted service includes maintenance, basic and special cleaning with an approximate area of 28,900 m² to be cleaned, as well as window and frame cleaning with a total glass area of approximately 10,700 m² in the premises of the BMWE at the Bonn site (Villemombler Str. 76, 53123 Bonn). The service is tendered in two specialist lots. The contract period begins on 1 April 2027 for 36 months. There is an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract duration once by a further 24 months until 31 March 2032. The contract value given below includes both lots and refers to the entire contract period including the extension option. It is noted that the current management responsibility at the BMWE for individual buildings, parts of buildings, areas or the entire Bonn contract property may during the contract period be transferred organisationally to other federal authorities or to the Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) (see contract Ziff. 22 Lot 1 or Ziff. 21 Lot 2).
