Subject of these services: Framework agreement for the conclusion of various insurance policies for Woon- en Zorgbedrijf Wervik. The contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for insurance services for Woon- en Zorgbedrijf Wervik. The contract includes the following insurance categories: 1. Fire insurance 2. Public liability 3. Vehicle insurance 4. Occupational accidents 5. Other insurances: a. All risks b. Directors and officers liability c. Personal accidents members of the General Meeting d. Strict liability fire and explosion e. Global theft insurance f. All risks electronics g. All risks permanent storage of objects h. Occupational accidents volunteers i. Public liability and personal accidents service centre j. Omnium business travel k. Insurance diverse bicycles and adapted mobility aids The contract is awarded as a whole. WZB Wervik wishes to place the entire insurance portfolio with one service provider, in order to guarantee a coherent risk management, to obtain a favourable premium rate based on the global claims statistics and to ensure efficient cooperation with the chosen service provider. The contract concerns services within the meaning of article 2,21° of the Law on Public Procurement of 17 June 2016. Duration of the contract The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and has an initial duration of four years, with the possibility of extension for two consecutive periods of one year each.
