Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup lekkiego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Dębieniu

The subject of the contract is: "Purchase of a light rescue-firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Dębienie"

2) The CONTRACTOR undertakes to manufacture, deliver, transfer ownership to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, and hand over the vehicle as part of the task "Purchase of a light rescue-firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Dębienie" meeting the minimum technical and operational requirements specified in Annex 1a to the Contract Specification (SWZ), which is an integral part of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Contract Subject Matter."

3) The CONTRACTOR will deliver the Contract Subject Matter to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY with a full fuel and operational fluid tank.

4) Ownership of the Contract Subject Matter passes to the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY upon their signing of the acceptance protocol without reservations, after prior completion of the training.

5) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority in terms of implementation and acceptance are specified in: - description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1a to SWZ. The specified requirements and technical parameters constitute the minimum requirements that the offered subject of the contract must meet. The contracting authority allows equivalent solutions, provided they ensure at least the same level of quality, functionality, safety, durability, and technical and operational parameters as the requirements specified by the contracting authority. - contract project - Annex 6 to SWZ. All the requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp.

7) Warranty - The minimum warranty period for the chassis is 24 months. - The minimum warranty period for the body is 24 months. The contractor may extend the warranty period for the completed subject of the contract. An offer providing for an extension of the warranty period will receive points within the framework of the evaluation of offers with the application of the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer - Section III, Subsection 5 SWZ.
