The present contract must ensure compliance of all public PEI with the Interdepartmental Regulation on External Fire Defense (RIDDECI) published by prefectural decree, with the creation of a special police force dedicated to DECI, and its annexed technical guide, including the part concerning the monitoring and control of the operational readiness of public PEI (maintenance actions and periodic technical checks of hydrants).
