The project aims to replace the current job board with a next-generation platform, focused on user journeys and employment market dynamics. Whereas a classic job board is limited to the dissemination and search for static job offers, the Employment Platform is intended to organise and connect all employment-related content and services (job offers, profiles, skills, training, support, advice, news, etc.), in order to provide personalised and evolving user journeys. All centralised through a single access point.
