France – Pest-control services – Accord-cadre à bons de commande de prestations de neutralisation de nuisibles et services associés pour le patrimoine de PARTENORD LE GROUPE et de PARTENIUM

The framework agreement is awarded in accordance with Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. In accordance with Article R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, it is awarded on a schedule of unit prices, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount (per lot). The framework agreement is executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The contract is concluded as of 01 January 2027 or, failing that, its notification date. It is tacitly renewable 3 times for a period of 12 months without its validity period being able to exceed 31/12/2030. The contract includes basic and ancillary services divided into 4 lots delimited geographically by territory except for lot 5 which concerns the entire estate of Partenord Le groupe and PARTENIUM. The weighting criteria differ for lots 1 to 4 and lot 5. Candidates can bid for all lots. However, when a candidate is ranked in first position following the analysis of offers for lots No. 1 and No. 2, it may only be awarded one of these two lots. The lot awarded will be the one that the candidate has designated as a priority in Annex 7 to the engagement act ("lot preference"). Each lot will be the subject of a multi-award framework agreement with purchase orders. The presentation of variants is prohibited.
