This single-source framework agreement with purchase orders covers new, renovation and maintenance work on the roads of the Ville de Troyes, with a value of less than 50 000 euros, excluding new requalification works. The company will be required to work on the road surface and its sub-base, as well as on ancillary parts such as pavements, cycle paths and networks, throughout the territory of the Ville de Troyes (roads, squares, school playgrounds, play areas, parks, etc.). The present consultation concerns only Lot No. 1. Lot No. 2 will be the subject of a subsequent consultation. The validity period of this framework agreement runs from the date of notification to the contractor for a period of 4 years. As soon as a need arises, the contracting authority will issue a purchase order to the contractor. By way of derogation from Article 28.1 of the CCAG Works, the duration of the preparation period will be set in each purchase order and will begin from the date prescribed by the start order. The execution period will also be set in each purchase order and will begin from the date prescribed by the start order. Estimated notification date of the framework agreement: December 2026. Environmental clause and criterion for judging tenders. Professional integration clause: 1 120 hours of work reserved over the total duration of the framework agreement, i.e. 4 years, enabling the re-employment of people in social or professional difficulty.
