Netherlands – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Gronduitgifte Tramkade (1e tranche)

The municipality is launching an open sale procedure for four plots on the Tramkade in ’s-Hertogenbosch, part of the Bossche Stadsdelta and in transition from a former industrial area to a permanent development. Initiators are invited to submit integral and feasible planning proposals within the established policy frameworks. The development is plot by plot and takes place within a comprehensive area vision, with attention to coherence, quality and feasibility.
