The study assignment involves the demolition of the former national police building, renovation of the current police station with additional expansion and environmental works for the Police Zone TARL. The local police zone TARL is structurally lacking space in their current station. Despite the main building dating from 2007, it is bursting at the seams and there is no more room for new recruits. The second building on the site is outdated and, moreover, no longer meets current standards (police standards, accessibility, fire safety, ventilation, etc.). The former national police building also hinders the further development of the site. Demolition of this building seems a logical evolution to achieve a functional police station. In the meantime, 9 containers have been placed on the site, serving as meeting rooms, extra offices, changing rooms and storage. The assignment includes the complete study relating to architecture, stability, technical equipment and environmental and infrastructure works.
