France – Architectural and related services – MARCHE DE MAITRISE D’OEUVRE POUR LA REHABILITATION DES 174 LOGEMENTS DE LA RESIDENCE PABLO PICASSO A SAINT-DENIS (93200)

This contract concerns the provision of a project management service for the rehabilitation of the 174 housing units at the Pablo Picasso residence in Saint-Denis (93200). The elements of the mission are more precisely indicated in the programme note. The project management services comprise the following elements: Diagnostic (DIAG), Preliminary Design Studies (APS), Definitive Design Studies (APD), Project Studies (PRO), Assistance to the Contracting Authority for the award of the works contract (ACT), Examination of the conformity of the execution studies to the project and their approval (VISA), Works Execution Management (DET), Assistance to the Contracting Authority for the reception operations and during the warranty period (AOR). In addition to the previously described missions, a PEMD (Products, Materials and Waste) Diagnostic must be carried out by the project manager, in accordance with the regulatory obligations in force since 1st July 2023. The technical specifications will be indicated in the Particular Conditions of Contract and its annexes, which will be communicated during the tender submission phase.
