The subject of this public procurement is to ensure service and license support for Palo Alto network security devices, in the scope defined by the technical specification, which is Annex No. 1 to the contract – Tender Form. The technical specification includes, in particular, the specification of supported Palo Alto technology devices, the required type and level of service support, the duration and period of validity of the service support and the required licenses, including their delivery and ensuring validity for the period specified by the contracting authority. Further information on the subject and conditions of performance are given in Annex 1 ZD – Binding Template Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”).
