France – Analysis services – Accord-cadre pour la réalisation de diagnostics immobiliers du patrimoine de Partélios Habitat

The framework agreement concerns a mission to carry out property diagnostics (DAPP, gas and electrical internal installation diagnostics, CREP, EPC, asbestos survey, etc.). The contract is divided into two distinct lots: Lot No. 1 covers missions for housing for relocation and sale as well as the associated mission packs (articles 11.1.1 to 11.2.3 of the Schedule of Unit Prices). Lot No. 2 covers all other missions of the contract (articles 11.3.1 to 11.9.3.6.4 of the Schedule of Unit Prices).
